I've always been a fan of puzzles. When I realized Marketing Operations was essentially puzzle-solving with SaaS products, the work became insidiously fun. I approached automation with all the zeal of a Midwestern dad trying to cut his lawn just a few seconds faster every week- Can I do this faster? Better? Is my process perfect?
